Policies & Guidelines To ensure a well planned and successful function, please review the following policies that have been established regarding functions performed by Countryside Catering, LLC.
1. A deposit must be paid in order to hold date. 2. Confirmed number of guests and final menu must be guaranteed 5 days prior to function. A. If no guarantee is received 5 days in advance, the maximum number of people expected (as noted on the contract) will be assured as your guarantee. B. Billing will be in accordance with this number unless the actual number of guests served is greater. We will be prepared to serve 10% above the guaranteed number given. 3. Prices may be subject to change upon written notice 30 days prior to a booked function. 4. Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the function. 5. All prices are subject to and do not include sales tax or gratuity. 6. For insurance purposes, you are considered to be paying only for the food served at the function. Therefore, no food will be left after serving. 7. For any catering jobs outside of our area, there will be an additional charge for mileage. 8. There is a 20 person minimum charge. 9. There will be a $15.00 delivery charge for all drop offs. Full service and pick ups will not be charged this fee. 10. Prices and selections are subject to change.
